MasterPlan prepared the original development concept for the Berrimah Business Park development. MasterPlan then lodged and managed the rezoning, development application, variation and staging applications, plus assisted in managing clearance of conditions to the development permit for this integrated commercial development incorporating offices and a restaurant. The site is situated within the Berrimah Business Park, west of the Stuart Highway and Vanderlin Drive intersection.
The development consists of eight, three storey buildings, plus basement car parking. The development adopts a unique layout and design, with one of the fundamental objectives being to avoid the vast expanses of car parks often dominant in other commercial developments. The complex comprises a total 22,430 square metres of net leasable floor area with a range of tenancy sizes, as well as large central areas of landscaping and open space between buildings. The buildings incorporate a range of initiatives aimed at ensuring a high level of environmental efficiency.
MasterPlan’s contribution to the project involved the compilation of various consultant reports for lodgement, including traffic, civil, services, architectural, and landscape design.
