MasterPlan prepared and managed a development application for a warehouse and office in Berrimah Business Park. The development, designed specifically for a local electrical consultancy, included a 1200 square metre warehouse, offices and amenities.
The site is within Specific Use Zone SD31 and is affected by aircraft noise which creates a number of considerations for development. Strict project timeframes were associated with the project necessitating an approval process without delay. MasterPlan submitted a comprehensive application which addressed the requirements of the NT Planning Scheme and specific use zone. Ongoing monitoring of the application throughout the application process and liaison with government agencies ensured that development approval was granted within the project timeframes.
