Description:

Located on the northern outskirts of the Adelaide metropolitan area, MasterPlan played a pivotal role in the design and concept development of the IWS/Veolia Balefill facility in Dublin, South Australia. We were extensively involved in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), which secured approval for the establishment of this critical facility.

The EIS process required comprehensive investigations into the environmental conditions of the site, alongside detailed assessments of infrastructure, traffic, transport, and logistical considerations.

MasterPlan provided substantial input throughout the master planning process, design development, and implementation phases. This collaboration contributed to the creation of a multi-award-winning, commercially successful enterprise that now serves as a cornerstone of South Australia's resource recovery sector and the primary waste processing facility supporting Adelaide.
