Description:

Over a ten-year period and across six integrated developments, MasterPlan assisted Forme Projex in the transformation of Hurtle Square into one of Adelaide’s premier examples of high density living. 

MasterPlan provided advice and assisted Forme Projex across six stages of the development, with each stage introducing multi-storey apartment buildings strategically positioned to frame the Hurtle Square public reserve, creating a vibrant focal point for the residential community.

MasterPlan played a key role in guiding Forme Projex throughout the planning and approvals process for each stage. The project developments feature high-quality residential apartments, with options for ground-level mixed-use spaces and innovative car parking solutions tailored to residents' needs.

Working alongside a dedicated consultancy team, MasterPlan collaborated closely with Forme Projex to secure approvals from the City of Adelaide, DAC/SCAP, and the Office of Design and Architecture SA, ensuring the successful delivery of each development.

This collaborative effort was proudly recognised at the 2024 UDIA Awards, where MasterPlan received the Professional Consulting Award for its contribution to this exceptional project.
