Charlie is responsive, diligent and forward-thinking, anticipating challenges and planning ahead to meet our client’s needs and build trust and positive relationships with relevant authorities and fellow consultants.

Charlie completed his Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) in 2020 and has worked in local government, State government and at a referral agency prior to joining MasterPlan. This broad range of experience has given Charlie the ability to navigate the complete development assessment process from concept to approval.

Charlie’s time at MasterPlan has allowed him to be exposed to a number of complex and challenging assessment and policy matters, including large infill developments, intensive commercial and industrial facilities, State Heritage matters and Code Amendments.
