MasterPlan played a crucial role in the master planning of the residential development at 250 Churchill Road. This work guided the long term suitably of zoning and planning policies to support higher density development along this key urban corridor north of the Adelaide CBD.
Following this strategic work, MasterPlan assisted in securing approvals for the necessary land division and the development of existing dwellings and townhouses for Stage 1 of the site, marketed as “Prospect 1838”.
More recently, MasterPlan obtained approvals from the State Planning Commission for the Construction of two (2) multi-story residential flat buildings (up to 7 storeys) and eighteen 3-storey row dwellings with landscaping, car parking and public open space for Stage 2 of the site, marketed as “Prospect Square”.
MasterPlan continues to support the developers and relevant Government housing agencies in the ongoing development of this land for housing purposes.
