Provided master planning and strategic advice to guide residential accommodation within the Royal Darwin Hospital precinct, addressing site constraints.

MasterPlan was engaged by Fleetwood Australia to provide strategic planning advice, high-level site analysis, and a series of master plan concepts to inform and support a submission to NT Health for new residential accommodation at the Royal Darwin Hospital site in Tiwi.

Our planners developed and tested proposals for 50–60 modular accommodation units, carefully considering zoning controls, site constraints, and practical design solutions to optimise layout, communal access, car parking, vehicle movement, and interface buffers to surrounding uses.
