MasterPlan assisted Territory Property Group in securing development approvals for a staged commercial development in the Palmerston Yarrawonga locality involving 23 tenancies for showroom sales and warehouse uses.

MasterPlan successfully navigated the planning approval process, including responding to requests for Information, which required targeted design modifications to achieve the best outcome for the built form in the context of the site’s prominent central location.

Following the development consent process, our role extended to providing continued assistance to clear conditions and manage related subsequent change of use approvals within some of the building’s tenancies.
