RoadTek, part of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, engaged MasterPlan in 2025 to review its depots on Wood Street in Warwick and Tiffin Street in Roma, and to prepare high-level operational master plans to guide future upgrades and investment.

MasterPlan assessed operational requirements, planning context, and the condition of existing buildings and infrastructure, with a focus on compliance with work health and safety standards. The work established a clear framework for future development, including a spatial master plan for the Roma depot and a prioritised program of works.

Delivered in close collaboration with RoadTek personnel and specialist consultants, the master plans provide a practical pathway to improve operational efficiency, workplace conditions, and compliance outcomes across both sites.
