MasterPlan assisted Hines Property and Woods Bagot in obtaining SCAP approval for a 36-level student accommodation development at Twin Street, Adelaide.

The approval process included engagement with the Office for Design and Architecture South Australia (ODASA) and detailed consideration of design quality in a prominent CBD location.
